A boutique firm working at the seam between operations, data and design. Two practices: AIM, interim management for the AI function, and Studio, design and product for companies that care how things are made.
Most firms sell either strategy or execution. We do the part in between: taking how a company actually works and turning it into something that runs, gets measured, and can be handed to the people who own it. That shows up two ways.
Processes that live in spreadsheets and in people's heads, captured, put into a system, and run with AI where AI earns its place. That practice is AIM.
What the customer actually sees: interfaces, design systems, editorial sites, and product with intelligence built into the core. That practice is Studio.
Both end the same way. A documented system, code and assets that belong to you, and a team that can carry it without us in the room.
We take ownership of AI in your operation for a defined period. We map the processes that currently live in files and in people's heads, put them into a system, and run them until your team runs them without us. Diagnostic, plan and implementation are contracted separately.
Your SOPs documented, your processes mapped, your data audited, and a prioritized read on where AI actually pays and where it does not.
A roadmap you can execute, budgeted by milestone, with the architecture, the internal resources required and the metrics that define success.
We build. Agents, automated workflows, internal apps, LLM analysis, executive dashboards. With a monthly report and progressive handoff.
Mid-market and up. An ERP or CRM already in use, at least twelve months of reachable data, and leadership that expects to change how the operation works rather than only what software it runs on. See the full AIM page →
Sites that feel considered rather than assembled. Design systems with computed WCAG ratios and CSS tokens ready to ship. And product with intelligence in the core — enrichment, autofill, assisted conversion — where the user actually meets it.
A palette with computed contrast ratios, type at scale, documented components, CSS tokens ready to ship. A complete system, not a moodboard.
Automatic enrichment, intelligent autofill, assisted conversion. The AI lives where the user meets it, not in the marketing copy.
Sites that read like a magazine rather than a template. Disciplined restraint, ninety percent neutral and ten percent accent.
Private spaces per project for documents, iterations and work in progress. Each client with their own URL and their own context.
Proposals that close. A private portal with token-based expiry, branding at the level of the deliverable, structured to get to yes.
Everything your team needs to carry on without us: CSS variables, components, usage guidelines, documentation. The code is yours.
HTML, CSS and JavaScript by hand. No heavy frameworks, no templates, and nothing shipped that hasn't been checked against contrast and performance. See the full Studio page →
A short list, all of it in production. Each one demonstrates a different capability rather than repeating the same one.
More than 120 standard operating procedures running in production, with owners, cadence and expected evidence attached to each one.
An editorial real-estate platform where conversational search qualifies the visitor before escalating to an agent, and hands over a usable brief.
A psychometric platform where the user answers five opening questions and the model infers the rest of the profile against a calibrated scale.
A financial product that enriches a ticker with sector context, historical ratios and comparables before the user thinks to ask for them.
Operating systems and commercial infrastructure for a B2B energy business, built to be maintained by the client's own team.
A token system with automatic expiry for commercial documents. Short URLs, validity badges, scheduled expiration, running on Vercel.
These are the terms that tend to come up on a first call. Stating them here saves everyone a meeting.
Kickoff and the sessions that matter run over video; day-to-day collaboration happens in Slack and email. Our working hours overlap the full U.S. business day across all four time zones, so questions get answered the same day. On-site sessions can be arranged where being in the room changes the outcome.
Nothing here requires signing for a year to find out whether it works. AIM separates into three phases, each with its own deliverable. Studio work is scoped per project. You can stop after any piece and still have something that stands on its own.
Code, prompts, workflows, documentation, dashboards and design assets are yours. The one exception is EOS, the platform AIM runs on, which stays KOJ property under license. We say which is which before you sign, not after.
If your data is fragmented and nobody wants to consolidate it, or the decision comes down to price alone, another firm will serve you better. Both practice pages state where the fit breaks down, before the sales conversation rather than during it.
Five short questions. If there's a fit, you hear back within one business day with a concrete next step rather than a brochure.
