KOJ Consulting is a consulting firm working in analytics, business intelligence, applied artificial intelligence and systems design. This website is https://www.kojconsulting.com.

What we collect
We only collect what you give us voluntarily, either by filling in a contact form on this site or by emailing us. That typically means:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company and role (optional)
- The content of the message you send
We do not collect financial data, card numbers, passwords or sensitive personal information through the public site.
What we use it for
We use what you send us only to:
- Answer your question or request
- Send you a proposal, if one applies
- Stay in contact with you about the project or service you asked about
We do not send unsolicited newsletters. If we ever send you anything on a recurring basis, it will be because you explicitly asked for it, and you can stop it at any time.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes. The only third parties your information passes through are the technical providers we use to run the site and our email:
- Vercel — site hosting
- FormSubmit — processes the contact forms and forwards them immediately to our email
- Google Workspace — our email provider
These are standard industry providers, each with its own privacy policy. We do not authorize them to use your information for anything beyond the service we contracted.
Where your information is processed
Our team works remotely, and the information you send may be accessed and processed outside the United States. The providers listed above operate their own global infrastructure and may store or process data in several regions.
For client engagements where data residency matters, we agree on it in writing before any access is granted, and models and infrastructure can be deployed inside the client’s own cloud account.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as there is an active or exploratory commercial relationship. If we never end up working together and there is no activity for 24 months, we delete your information from our systems.
Historical email may remain archived in our mail system for longer, following that provider’s retention policy.
Your rights
At any point you can ask us for:
- Access — what information we hold about you
- Correction — fixing anything that is wrong
- Deletion — removing your information from our systems
- Portability — receiving your information in a standard format
To exercise any of these, write to info@kojconsulting.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no marketing cookies and no third-party tracking. If we ever add analytics tooling, we will update this policy and say so.
Our host may set minimal technical cookies required for the site to function. Those cookies do not identify you individually. The site also stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage so it does not have to ask again; that value never leaves your device.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Significant changes are communicated by email to active clients.
